QUALIFICATIONS/HEALTH CLEARANCE (Cosmetic tattooing only) Age requirements: 18-60 years old. Please send photos of brows if you are over 60 and list any medication or health conditions. Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS Must not be pregnant or nursing Must not have any skin allergies to pigments or makeup Must not be taking any blood thinning medication Must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis, or keloids in the treatment area Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in brow or lip area Must not have experience with post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation Must not be someone who is epileptic and has experienced a faint spell or seizure Must not have used accutane in the last 12 months Must not have active cancer If you are diabetic, please have a doctor's note with medication + controlled diet
